Call ALT
If you need to return a product to ALT, please call our customer service department at (216)663-8181 or e-mail to info@ALTconnect.com to request an RMA. If you have a defective toner cartridge, you can ship the cartridge to ALT. Please make sure to mark the box as defective and if possible include sample copies or a description of the problem. Do not ship printers, fax machines, copiers or any other equipment without an RMA.
